Returns
- Products are eligible for return only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We offer replacement for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order tooling solutions.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
- Items returned without original packaging or incomplete components.
Process for Returns

- Our team will review and confirm eligibility for return.
- Ship the product back to the address provided.
- Once inspected, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.

Returns and refunds

You can cancel an order using any of the below mentioned methods:

All refunds for cancellation and returns will be given in the original payment form (Credit/Debit Card, PayTm, PhonePe, GooglePay, BHIM, PayPal, Check etc.). Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we have received the product and it may take further 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on original payment mode.
Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:
– Product has any manufacturing defect.
– Wrong item delivered
All returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery with a Return Authorization. Returned items must be new, in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 10% restocking fee.
