1. Ideally made for NC controlled machines, High Precision Micro Boring Head Dia 85 mm  with a boring capacity of 6-
   245 mm is a versatile unit and is a must for any Tool Room
   workshop.
2. With two vertical holes of 20 mm, the unit can take tools with
   shank dia 20 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the
   horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores.
3. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.02 mm per division on the Main Scale which can be used to make adjustments of 40 micron on the diameter.  Using the Vernier scale, adjustments of 0.004 or 4 micron can also be made on the diameter.
   gives an adjustment of 10 microns on the diameter.
4. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank such as BT40, BT50, CAT40, CAT50,, SK40, SK50,  as per requirement.
5. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and
   increased longevity
6. The Boring Kit comes with 6 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools
   (WCGT02/TPGX0902) with shank Dia 20/12 mm and a Horizontal Tool for making larger bores:
