1. Dia 3″ Micro Boring Head Kit is a sturdy unit for boring large
diameters. It can be used to bore sizes from 3/4″ to up to 5″.
2. This is very useful for boring deeper bores with depths of up to 3-1/4″.
3. The slide is hardened and ground which ensures its stable and sturdy and
also increases the longevity of the unit.
4. There are two vertical holes and a horizontal hole of 3/4″. The vertical
holes can take tools of shank dia 3/4″ and bore from 3/4″ to up to
5″. With an offset of 1″, the unit can bore a maximum diameter
of 6″ using a left hand tool in the horizontal hole.
5. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.001 thou.
6. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank such as MT3, R8, ISO30, ISO40, as per
requirement.

2. The boring bar was clamped on a Deep Boring Arbor with female thread
coupling assisting in achieving lengths of up to 300 mm in a Special
Purpose Machine.
3. The cutter has 4 working edges and designed in a way so as to enable
maximum removal of chips using high-pressure coolant flow from the
outside.

1. Dia 62 mm R8-Integrated Micro Boring Head Kit with a boring capacity of
10-
125 mm is a rigid and versatile unit and is a must for any Tool Room
workshop.
2. The Head and R8 Shank (drawbar thread of M12X1.5mm) part are
integrated which reduces vibration to a greater extent and can be used
in applications where rigidity and tolerances are important.
3. With two vertical holes of 12 mm, the unit can take tools with
shank dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the
horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores.
4. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which
gives an adjustment of 20 microns on the diameter.
5. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and
increased longevity
6. The Boring Kit comes with 2 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools
(TPGX0902) with shank Dia 12 mm and a Left Hand Tool
1. Entry Dia 10 mm X Boring Length 40 mm- 1 nos.
2. Entry Dia 12 mm X Boring Length 50 mm- 1 nos.
3. Entry Dia 92 mm TPGX0902- 1 nos.
7. Inserts are to be purchased separately depending on the
material to be machined.
